Diesel Particulate Filter System with Passive Regeneration from 15 to 650 kW
Mobiclean R advanced filter system is a passive regeneration system.
As with all Hug filter systems, mobiclean R advanced uses an enclosed, catalytic coated substrate. Only with this kind of enclosed filter system an efficiency of soot reduction up to 99% can be achieved. The substrate’s base material consists of silicon carbide.
In addition to the mobiclean R basic, the mobiclaen R advanced is equipped with a preoxidation catalyst. This allows regeneration to start at 170° degrees Celsius.
Applications
The mobiclean R advanced is recommended for engines with a moderate work load. Because of the additional use of the preoxidation catalyst, this filter system can be used in engines that are not suitable for the mobiclean R basic.
